- Pre-order itemsPeking Duck, Iberico Pork Barbecue, and Crispy Pork Belly must be pre-ordered at least 24 hours in advance.
- Peking Duck preparationA whole Apple Wood Roasted Peking Duck is recommended for approximately 4-8 guests and requires approximately 60 minutes to prepare after arrival. Please note at 13:30 is the last roasting time for our Peking Duck, (14:30) is time served.
- Late arrivalIf you're running late, please contact us. Your table will be held for 30 minutes.
- Table holdTables are held for 15 minutes only, after which they may be released.
- Events mediaEvents may be filmed and photographed; entry grants the organizer permission to use captured photos/videos for marketing.
- Food and beverage returnsFood and beverages are non-returnable once served; issues should be raised with the venue team during the visit.
