กฎระเบียบ
- Waiting TimeTo maintain a pleasant atmosphere, we hold tables for up to 20 minutes after your reservation time. If guests do not arrive or cannot be reached after this period, the table will be reassigned to another party.
- Extended Dining TimeIf you'd like to extend your reservation and enjoy a longer dining experience, please leave a note when booking. We will do our best to accommodate your request. - For Friday, Saturday and Special Holiday–3,000 THB per person (Whole Night)
- Late-Night Age PolicyGuests under the age of 20 are not permitted on the restaurant premises from 9:00 PM onwards.
- Celebrations-Please let us know in advance if you’ll be sending a cake,along with the name and date of the booking. -Glitter cakes and balloons aren't allowed on the restaurant premises. -Sound systems,microphones,and external decorations aren't allow.
- Corkage Charge- Wine & Sake (720ml or similar) – THB 1,000 per bottle - Magnum Wine & Sake (1.8L) – THB 2,000 per bottle - Spirits – THB 2,000 per bottle Bottles that are available on our beverage menu are not permitted to be brought into the venue.
- CancellationsCancellations should be made at least 24 hours prior to your reservation. - For reservations with a deposit, cancellations be made at least 48 hours prior to your reservation – We do not offer refund but we will hold deposit up to 30 days
- Reservation Party SizeIf the number of guests in your party is smaller than the original booking without prior notice, we reserve the right to offer alternative options: ∙ Relocate your party to a more suitable table. ∙ Add you to our priority waiting list
- No-Show ChargeTHB 3,000 minimum for large group bookings of 7 guests or more. The charge may increase depending on the group size.
- Minimum SpendFor bookings of 7 guests or more on Fridays and Saturdays, the minimum spend is THB 1,500 per person with a 2.5-hour seating time limit. Guests who wish to stay without a time limit will have a minimum spend of THB 3,000 per person.
